Description
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
The contractor agrees to perform the following services:
- Install Fresh WordPress Core.
- Install the Salient Theme for WordPress along with Salient Core Plugins.
- Add basic security features and advanced Search Engine Optimization features so the site is easily found on search engines.
- Enable Page Caching, Minification, Pre-loading, Pre-Process of JavaScript files, Pre-Process of CSS files, Images with my optimized, etc. This will help the site load fast and be indexed by Google / Bing search bots easier.
- The website may be up to 5-10 pages depending on needs.
- The website will be forced to SSL for security.
- Clients may request changes during the site building process without additional charge as long as it’s in the scope of the work discussed with the client.
PAYMENT COSTS
The client will pay $750.00 for a website that is 5-10 pages.
STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES
The contractor is responsible for withholding FICA, Social Security, and Medicare taxes from client payments, or making FICA payments on the client’s behalf.
TERM OF AGREEMENT
This agreement will become effective when signed by both parties.
This agreement will be governed by Kentucky law without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
MODIFYING THE AGREEMENT
This agreement may be modified only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
AGREEMENT
If both parties agree to the terms listed in the above contract, please place payment for the confirmation of a formal maintenance plan.
