1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any services purchased. Please be sure to review all details before completing your transaction. Remember, maintenance of a website is a month by month basis. Once those maintenance hours are put in, the sales become final for that month.
2. Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis, such as when a service is found to be inadequate or not as described. Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment, and may require supporting evidence, such as images or videos of the product issue.
