3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos, etc.) needed to complete a project. Delays in providing this information may impact project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property
Any custom code, designs, or materials created for a client become the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bringaze Design retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

5. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, plugins, themes, or hosting providers (such as WordPress, Pantheon, or plugin developers). Bringaze Design is not responsible for outages, price changes, or policy changes made by these third parties.

6. Website Maintenance
For clients on a maintenance plan, services are billed on a month-to-month basis. Once maintenance hours for a given month have been performed, that month’s charges are final and non-refundable. Clients may opt in for a discounted yearly maintenance plan, where the same month-to-month terms above still apply.

7. Limitation of Liability
Bringaze Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services provided, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. No Warranty
This website and any services provided are offered on an “as-is” basis. While every effort is made to ensure quality and reliability, no guarantee is made that the site or services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Thank you for your business and purchase! Please carefully read our policies below.

1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any services purchased. Please be sure to review all details before completing your transaction. Remember, maintenance of a website is a month by month basis. Once those maintenance hours are put in, the sales become final for that month.

2. Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis, such as when a service is found to be inadequate or not as described. Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment, and may require supporting evidence, such as images or videos of the product issue.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice or agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins on new projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per the agreed billing schedule. Work may be paused or delayed if payment is not received on time.

4. Late Payments
Invoices not paid by their due date may be subject to a late fee and/or a pause in active work until the account is brought current. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of hosting, maintenance, or website access until the balance is resolved.

5. Scope of Work & Changes
All projects are scoped based on the details agreed upon at the start of the project. Requests that fall outside the original scope (additional pages, features, revisions, etc.) may be treated as a separate service and billed accordingly. I’ll always let you know before additional charges apply.

6. Project Delays
Timely completion of a project depends on prompt communication and delivery of any content, materials, or feedback needed from the client. Delays in providing requested information may extend the project timeline accordingly.

7. Ownership & Delivery
Final website files, designs, and assets remain the property of Bringaze Design until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the completed deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an ongoing project or monthly maintenance agreement, please provide written notice. Any hours already worked or in progress at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.
